Lead generation websites help you get more views and interested customers for your listings thanks to their presence in the market. In most cases, they aren’t agents but will help you get more customers if you’re an agent or find an agent if you’re a buyer.
But is it worth it?
We are now seeing at least one of the major listing portals, realestate.com.au, not only charge the most expensive fees in the world to list on the site, but they’re claiming some of the agents’ commission as well!
