Inspired by there being no way for buyers to describe their ideal property and for owners to be able to search for what a buyer is looking for, Adres offers a different way to find or sell property.

Instead of owners listing their properties and buyers searching those listings, Adres gives buyers the opportunity to make a listing of their own which owners then search.

By using Adres, a buyer can specify what's important to them in a property and have owners view their listing and send them a potential match. The buyer can then decide if they’d like to contact the owner.

And, owners can search to see who's looking to buy and connect directly with that buyer, avoiding opens for inspection.

No-one can see contact details for buyers, only their property description. The choice is the buyer’s as to whether they want to get in contact about a possible match.

Buyers pay a listing fee of $95 for a 12 month listing which can cover multiple suburbs.
