If you go back 20 years in the real estate industry, the real estate agent was the keeper of data. They had the information and the local knowledge; but today, data is widely available. It’s all on the internet if you know where and how to look. 

Chris believes that interpretation of data will go another step forward so consumers can learn how to interpret property and real estate data if they ever want to.  He also believes that real estate agencies will become much more efficient in the years to come, eventually passing off a lower price point to the consumer.
