Australia takes lead role as celebrity safe haven
They say that land appreciates and buildings depreciate and so for many investors that means you should always buy a house rather than a unit. Houses typically have a higher percentage of land, especially when you compare it to a high-rise tower unit, where there’s hundreds or even thousands of units, that all share the same parcel of land below. Of course, it’s not as simple as that. Tonight Chris takes a look at which is the better investment, houses or units?
Chris is then joined by special guests Jennifer Berman of Berman & Pollinger in LA (a powerhouse in luxury real estate sales, whom you might recognise from CNBC’s new hit show Listing Impossible) along with Kirstie Klein-Hunter of Klein Hunter Property Buyers in Noosa and Braden Walters of Belle Property Byron Bay to discuss the allure of living and working in Australia for Hollywood’s celebrities and how this could affect our glamour capitals, Noosa and Byron Bay.
Join Chris and his very special guests for this insightful discussion around the mishandling of COVID in the US, the aftermath of the elections, why so many celebrities are campaigning for more projects Down Under and what that could mean for local buyers.
